Canna I Talk Show started in 2021 from real conversations, real chemistry, and real community.

Before it became a show, Ami and Sunflower were going live on Instagram, sharing honest conversations, laughter, cannabis culture, everyday life, wellness, business, and community talk. The energy was natural, the conversations were real, and people connected with what they were saying.

Then one day, a friend said, “You two should have a podcast or a show.”

That simple suggestion planted the seed for what would become Canna I Talk Show.

Since 2021, Ami and Sunflower have continued to grow the platform into a space for storytelling, plant culture, healing, entrepreneurship, community, product experiences, guest conversations, and women-centered stories.

Now in Season 4 and celebrating four years of conversations, Canna I Talk Show continues to honor where it started — two women going live, speaking freely, and creating a space where people felt seen, heard, and connected.

Canna I Talk Show is hosted by Ami and Sunflower — two powerful voices bringing real conversations, cannabis culture, community stories, wellness, business, laughter, and truth to the mic.

Now in Season 4 and celebrating four years of storytelling, Canna I Talk continues to create space for honest conversations about life, healing, entrepreneurship, plant medicine, culture, and the people helping move the community forward.

Sunflower brings bold energy, lived experience, spiritual insight, and entrepreneurial wisdom to Canna I Talk. As a chef, Reverend, business owner, cannabis advocate, and community builder, Sunflower uses her voice to educate, uplift, and create space for people to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
